Bloomer Culottes

Reworked by me! 70s black nylon culotte slip pants with dramatic black lace ruffle layers added by me to give it that coquette bloomer feel! Stitched on with secondhand iridescent thread. Elastic waistband. When pulled tight they are semi sheer. High rise fit.
